Return request

Are you not completely satisfied with your purchase? Then you have the right to return the products you purchased from, as long as you do this within 14 days of receipt. You will then simply get your money back. However, perishable products, such as plants, are exempt from this right. Unfortunately, this means that it is not possible to return plants.

Did your plant arrive in poor condition or is something else wrong with your new green housemate? Then use the yellow support widget at the bottom left of our site to contact our customer service. We will do everything we can to make you and your plant happy again!

If you return a product to us, you must pay the return costs yourself. Once we have received your return, we will immediately start working on your refund request. Please note that you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping costs. We always refund you via the same payment method you used at checkout.

Do you want to exchange a pot or other non-perishable product for a different color or size? Then send the product back to us and place a new order. We will then refund the returned product (without shipping costs) to you as soon as possible.

In the event of a return, you are responsible for the product until your return shipment reaches us. Therefore, make sure that you pack everything properly, preferably in the original packaging. If the product is lost or damaged during return shipment, you are responsible for this yourself. After receiving your returned products, it may take up to 7 working days before you receive news about your return. If the return is approved, the refund will be made immediately, this may take 2-3 business days for the amount to appear in your account.
